Energy use and production in 2025

In 2025, Park De Horn has once again made significant progress in sustainability and energy management. Over the past year, we generated 33% of our total energy demand ourselves, partly through solar panels on the park and at the holiday homes. Only 67% of our energy was still sourced from the public grid.

This represents an important milestone. Each year, we aim to further increase the share of self-generated energy and reduce our dependence on the grid. Our long-term goal is to develop Park De Horn into an energy-neutral park.

New flower planters on the main car park

To add a touch of colour and charm to the park, we’ve placed new flower planters on the main car park!
Filled with bright flowers and evergreen plants, they bring a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere to the area.

A small addition that makes a big difference — keeping Park De Horn beautiful and inviting together!

News
Dear Owners,
We previously announced with pride that 529 solar panels have now been installed in the park. We are extremely grateful for the support and trust we have received from you as owners. We are pleased to share that, thanks to these solar panels, an amount of €18,000 has already been reimbursed to the owners – a result we can all be proud of!
If you are reading this message and do not yet have solar panels but have interest or questions, you are always welcome to contact us for more information.
